BDOSKI is a monthly subscription billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. We keep refunds simple and fair.
You can cancel at any time, either from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your capsule stays active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a started month.
If BDOSKI is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to the first subscription payment only.
If you were charged in error, for example after cancelling or twice for the same period, tell us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
