Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms govern your use of BDOSKI, a business development platform for the games industry, operated by Andrii Lukianov, a registered sole trader (OSVC) in the Czech Republic ("BDOSKI", "we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BDOSKI provides each customer with a private, isolated workspace ("capsule") that discovers market signals, helps manage contacts and conversation history, and drafts outreach messages in the customer's own voice using AI. BDOSKI is currently in private beta: access is provisioned individually and features evolve quickly.

2. Accounts and access

Your capsule is protected by an access token. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for activity performed with it. One subscription covers one person's capsule unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Subscription and billing

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use BDOSKI lawfully and professionally. In particular:

5. Your data

Your contacts, conversation history and imported files belong to you. We use them only to operate your capsule and do not sell them or share them across customers. Each capsule runs with its own isolated database. Details are in the Privacy policy. On termination you can request an export or deletion of your data.

6. AI output

BDOSKI is designed to ground its output in real data and to state clearly when data is missing. Even so, AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Review output before relying on it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and back up customer data daily, but as a beta product BDOSKI is provided "as is", without a guaranteed service level. We will communicate significant planned downtime in advance where practical.

8. Intellectual property

The BDOSKI software, brand and design remain our property. Content you create or import remains yours.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims connected with the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms.

10. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms; if the breach is fixable we will normally warn you first. On termination, section 5 applies to your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For significant changes we will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
